Belgian Stroke Council Award - conditions

The winner of the Belgian Stroke Council award will be selected from submitted abstracts.
Structured abstracts should present original work on any topic related to stroke, should not exceed 400 words and be submitted before November 5th. Abstracts should be structured as follows: Background/Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion (& Conclusions).
The abstract should be submitted to Matthieu Rutgers, President of the Scientific Board.

The winner will be selected by an independent jury and will be offered the opportunity to briefly present his or her work as an oral presentation of 3 slides at the annual International Symposium of the Belgian Stroke Council in November.
The winner will be notified before the symposium.

He or she will receive a travel for a junior investigator/neurology trainee grant to next year's European Stroke Organisation Conference.
