World Stroke Day

Dear stroke advocate and campaigner,

World Stroke Day (29 October) is exactly a month away. We eagerly look forward to hearing back from you on what your plans are for World Stroke Day 2013 ?  Can you please share with us by completing http://www.worldstrokecampaign.org/2012/get/Pages/AddEvent.aspx


The World Stroke Day Awards recognize the people, communities, health professionals and organizations that encourage, support and promote awareness of stroke and take actions that help to prevent, treat and improve the quality of life for stroke survivors.  Please click here submit your entries for consideration.


Winners will be recognized and receive a one year membership to the World Stroke Organization. The deadline for submission of World Stroke Day 2013 entries is Friday, 29 November. You can read about past award winners.  The 2013 World Stroke Day laureates will receive their award at the Opening Ceremony of the 9th World Stroke Congress in Istanbul, Turkey from 22-25 October 2014.
